- All successful pre-order are FINAL and cannot be canceled and replaced.
- Any change of address after purchase will not be entertained and we will process according to the details you provide. Make sure every delivery details (Name, Address, Email and Phone Number) are completed and latest during the pre order.
- You will receive a confirmation email from IMAN Shoppe with the order number (ex: #15****) after completing the payment process. This order number is important for any complaint or any review of your order.
- You are not allowed to change or add to an order after successful purchase on the website. To add a new book, you can order the new book on the website and we will order the book separately.
Shipping policy:
- The delivery will start on 8th May 2023 and will be shipped by courier system according to order number.
- Customers are NOT allowed to self-pick up pre order at IMAN Media Group premises.
- The delivery process will be done by stages and systematically. The process will start with delivery in Malaysia and overseas. We will prioritize the pre-order single set followed by the pre-order book order together with other books.
- All the parcels will be posted through the courier system that has been selected by IMAN except for the overseas.
- Parcel tracking number will be provided via SMS and email after the parcel has been processed by IMAN.
Parcel Damage/Lost Policy:
- For any complaints as follows;
a. Item Damage (misprint) - Missing pages/incorrect order
b. Receive the wrong order/parcel
c. Delay or loss of parcel
- You can make a report to the IMAN Customer Service here (for the product tab) / at this link, https://www.imanshoppe.com/parcel-problem (poster). IMAN will contact you via email within 24 hours working hours for new item delivery.
- If the parcel suffers physical damage, you need to make a report to IMAN within 24 hours during working hours for the delivery of the new item after you receive the parcel. IMAN will not process the delivery of the new book if you fail to submit the report within 24 hours.
- For unclaimed parcel return, you must pay the new delivery cost to IMAN within a week. IMAN will not serve any claim submitted by any party after a week of receiving the parcel without objection.
